Where is Senja Stayhouse located?
We are located at Jalan Permata Medang, Ruko Darwin Blok DRWT Nomor 63, Summarecon Serpong, Desa/Kelurahan Medang, Kec. Pagedangan, Kab. Tangerang, Provinsi Banten.
What room types are available?
Senja Stayhouse offers four room categories:
- Standard Room — Rp 650.000 per night
- Superior Room — Rp 950.000 per night
- Deluxe Room — Rp 1.500.000 per night
- Executive Room — Rp 3.200.000 per night
Are tax or service charges added at checkout?
No. The website total is simply the room price multiplied by the number of nights. Optional services are only charged when separately quoted and agreed.
How do I book a room?
Choose a room, select your check-in and check-out dates, enter your name, WhatsApp number and phone number, then choose a QR payment option. Your booking is confirmed after availability and payment have been verified.
Which payment methods are available?
The checkout supports Dynamic QR options for QRIS, Alipay and WeChat Pay, and Static QR options for QRIS or Alipay / WeChat Pay. Availability depends on the payment channels currently activated by Senja Stayhouse.
What is the difference between a dynamic and static QR?
A dynamic QR is generated for one order and normally already contains the payment amount. A static QR is reusable, so the customer must enter and verify the amount manually before paying.
What should I do after making payment?
Keep your order reference and payment receipt. Wait for the payment status or confirmation message. For a static QR or any payment that is not automatically matched, send the receipt to our WhatsApp number for verification.
When is my booking officially confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed only after Senja Stayhouse has verified both room availability and successful payment and has issued a confirmation through the website, email, telephone or WhatsApp.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The exact times will be stated in your booking confirmation. Contact us before arrival when requesting early check-in or late check-out; both are subject to availability.
Can I change my dates or room type?
Yes, subject to availability and approval. A price difference may apply. Contact us as early as possible using your booking reference.
Can I cancel and request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the timing and the terms stated in your confirmation. Where no different terms were stated, the default policy provides a full refund at least 72 hours before check-in, a 50% refund between 24 and 72 hours, and no refund within 24 hours or for a no-show. How long does an approved refund take?
Senja Stayhouse aims to submit an approved refund within 7 business days. Depending on the bank, e-wallet or payment provider, the full process may take up to 14 business days after approval.
How does the Custom Event option work?
Select Custom Event, enter the event date and the amount already agreed with Senja Stayhouse, then complete the QR payment. Event capacity, facilities, schedule and other requirements must be confirmed separately in writing.
Can I enter any amount for a Custom Event?
The form accepts a custom amount, but you should only enter the amount quoted or approved by Senja Stayhouse. Payment of an arbitrary amount does not by itself confirm an event package.
Can I request special arrangements?
Yes. Add a note during checkout or contact us by WhatsApp. Requests such as room preferences, arrival arrangements or event requirements are subject to availability and separate confirmation.
How is my personal information used?
Your information is used to process bookings, verify payments, communicate with you, provide services and meet operational or legal requirements. We do not sell personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
