Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Senja Stayhouse website and all room reservations, custom-event requests and related payments made through it. By submitting a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or act with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Booking information and confirmation

You must provide accurate and current information, including your name, WhatsApp number, phone number, dates and any relevant booking notes. You are responsible for checking the room type, dates, amount and payment channel before continuing.

A submitted form or payment instruction does not by itself guarantee availability. A reservation becomes confirmed only after Senja Stayhouse has verified availability and payment and has issued confirmation through the website, email, telephone or WhatsApp.

3. Room rates and total price

Room rates are stated in Indonesian Rupiah and are charged per night:

• Standard Room: Rp 650.000 per night
• Superior Room: Rp 950.000 per night
• Deluxe Room: Rp 1.500.000 per night
• Executive Room: Rp 3.200.000 per night

The website total is calculated as the selected room rate multiplied by the number of nights. The website does not add tax or service charges. Optional services or special arrangements will only be charged when separately quoted and agreed.

4. Payment

Available website payment selections may include Dynamic QR or Static QR using QRIS, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or the combined Alipay / WeChat Pay option shown at checkout.

For a static QR, you are responsible for entering the correct amount. For a dynamic QR, the amount is normally embedded in the generated QR. Payment is treated as completed only after the transaction has been successfully verified by Senja Stayhouse or its payment provider.

Do not close the payment page until you have saved the order reference or received confirmation. Senja Stayhouse may request proof of payment when automatic verification is unavailable.

5. Check-in, check-out and guest requirements

Exact check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits and identification requirements will be stated in your confirmation or communicated by Senja Stayhouse. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may require prior approval.

Guests must comply with property rules, safety instructions and applicable law. Illegal activity, disturbance, misuse of the property or conduct that threatens staff, guests or neighbours may result in removal without refund.

6. Custom events

The Custom Event page allows a customer to enter an agreed amount for a meeting, celebration or other event. Entering an amount does not by itself create a complete event agreement.

Event scope, date, duration, capacity, facilities, food and beverage arrangements, damage deposits and other requirements must be confirmed separately in writing. A signed quotation, event order or written WhatsApp/email confirmation takes precedence where it contains more specific terms.

7. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Requests to change dates, room type, guest details or event arrangements are subject to availability and approval. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the Refund Policy and any specific conditions shown in your confirmation.

8. Property damage and additional costs

The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of accompanying guests and for loss or damage caused by them, excluding ordinary wear and tear. Senja Stayhouse may request reimbursement for verified damage, missing property, excessive cleaning or unauthorised use of facilities.

9. Availability and operational changes

Room images are illustrative of the relevant category. Minor differences in layout, furniture or decoration may occur. When a confirmed room becomes unavailable for operational or safety reasons, Senja Stayhouse may offer a comparable or higher room, alternative dates, or a refund of the affected booking amount.

10. Events outside reasonable control

Senja Stayhouse is not responsible for delay or inability to provide services caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, government restrictions, public utility failures, civil disturbance, epidemic conditions or failure of third-party infrastructure. We will make reasonable efforts to offer an appropriate alternative, reschedule or refund where applicable.

11. Responsibility and limitation

Guests remain responsible for safeguarding money, documents, electronic devices and other valuables. To the extent permitted by law, Senja Stayhouse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, third-party payment systems or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indonesian law.

12. Personal data

Personal data submitted through the website is handled according to the Privacy Policy. You confirm that any information provided for another guest is supplied with that person's authority.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties should first attempt to resolve any concern through good-faith discussion. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent forum in Indonesia in accordance with applicable law.

14. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The version published at the time of booking will generally apply to that booking unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
